

Buying from us
Here at Suzume Art, we aim to make the buying process as quick, easy and simple as is humanly possible to ensure that you get your purchase as soon as possible.
Currently, we don't have an online buying platform. We are keeping this under review and may implement one if sufficient numbers of customers request so.
You can see our current offerings under our "shop" section. If you're interested in some of our past sales, you can find some of our star lots in the "sold" tab.
We will answer all emails and phone calls usually within an hour or so but as we can be busy, if you can't reach us over the phone please don't forget to leave a message with your contact details and we'll be back in touch with you as soon as possible.
We accept cash, bank transfers, Paypal and cheques drawn on a UK or French bank. If you choose to pay by cheque, we regret that we can only ship after the cheque has cleared.
Once you have purchased your item, you can either come and pick it up in person or for smaller items, have them shipped directly to your door.

Shipping
Suzume Art offers an "in-house" packing and shipping service.
Evey item is carefully prepared and packed to ensure that it gets to its new home in one piece. We will ship to you 1-2 working days following payment.
All of our items will have their shipping price for France clearly displayed. For other countries, please contact us for further details.
For larger and heavier items, especially furniture, please note that shipping may not always be possible. This will, again, be highlighted. As a result, it will be the buyer's responsibility to either come and collect it in person or arrange for a third party to do so.
We do not profit in any way or form from shipping. Our price is based on the amount charged by the service provider + a small sum for packing materials. As such, the shipping cost is non-negociable and must be taken into account by the buyer prior to purchase.
For France and other some other European countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Luxemberg, Beglum & The Netherlands) we prefer using Mondial Relay as this is a far cheaper service, especially for heavier items. We will however use La Poste and some other services if preferred. Once you have selected an item, simply specify how you would like it shipped and we will provide you with a quote.
